About Me
Hi, I’m Ariana! I’m a warm, compassionate, and person-centered therapist who believes that therapy is a collaborative journey.
What is Your Therapeutic Approach?
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, sharing their experiences, and working toward meaningful change. I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside them throughout their journey as they explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, and find solutions that work best for them.
Who I Work With
I work with clients of all ages and have experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma and more. I also have particular experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and members of the LGBTQ+ community, where I provide Affirmative Therapy that respects and celebrates each person’s unique identity and experiences.
Client Ages: 4+
A Few Fun Facts
My perfect day: My perfect day would start with taking a relaxing walk on the beach, followed by catching up with friends and enjoying some good conversation. I’d end the day by coming home and spending time with my pet, Pierogi. Nothing too complicated—just good company, fresh air, and time to relax.
Favorite local spot: One of my favorite local spots is the Point Pleasant Inlet. I love being by the water and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. I also love grabbing a coffee at Pops Corner, which is one of my favorite coffee spots in the area.
If I could have dinner with anyone: If I could have dinner with anyone, I would choose Jane Fonda. I think it would be fascinating to hear about her experiences, career, activism, and the different changes she has witnessed throughout her life.
What I Love Most About Being a Therapist: The greatest part of being a therapist is watching clients gain confidence in themselves and their ability to heal. I feel incredibly fortunate to support clients as they recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and develop a greater belief in themselves and their ability to create meaningful change.
